Japanese nuclear plant exploded due to the strong earthquake on 2011.03.11

I think the same catastrophe might also occur to Taiwan someday
as there are already 3 nuclear plants in Taiwan and
the Pacific Ring of Fire encompasses Taiwan.

What could we do?

Pray to God not to shake Taiwan so heavily forever?

Expect the nuclear plant will still function normally
(at least to shut itself down )
even during such a strong earthquake?
